• Inspecting the work site and taking suitable steps to eliminate all the

• Conduct daily random site inspection to identify unsafe acts & Condition,
make reports based on observation, report to HSE manager.
• Continuously carry out site inspection to ensure that only safe practices are
in operation and welfare facilitates are adequate & maintained.
• Safety induction training of all new workers.
• Conducting task specific training for existing and new staff as per the
requirements.
• Conduct mock drill and creating safety awareness in staff and workers.
• Ensure that all emergency response plans, procedures are in place, up-
to-date and regularly tested.
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual HSE
documentation.
• Preparing job safety analysis (JSA) & hazards identification.
• Ensure that all HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines are being
followed at the site and monitor adherence to HSE regulations and
standards.
• Investigate any incidents and accidents, prepare and submit reports, and
implement appropriate corrective action
