I am looking for a serious investor to invest SAR 100,000 in my curtains business.
Investment Proposal:
- Investment Required: SAR 100,000
- Monthly Profit: 6–7% (SAR 6,000–7,000 per month)
- Profit Payment: Monthly, on the agreed date.
- Investment Return: The investor must provide two months’ advance notice when requesting the return of the full investment.
- Legal Agreement: A formal written agreement will be prepared and signed through a lawyer.
About Me
I have 6 years of professional experience working with different companies in senior management positions. I am currently working as Managing Director at Shihini Agreement Company.
I will use the investment capital to operate and grow the curtains business. The investor and I will finalize all terms and responsibilities in a written legal agreement.
I am committed to transparency and taking responsibility for my business operations. In the event of fraud or misuse of funds attributable to me, I accept responsibility as specified in the legal agreement. Business losses and their allocation will also be clearly addressed in the agreement.

- الربح الشهري: من 6% إلى 7% (من 6,000 إلى 7,000 ريال شهريًا).
- موعد دفع الأرباح: شهريًا في الموعد المتفق عليه.
- استرداد رأس المال: يجب على المستثمر إبلاغي قبل شهرين من موعد استرداد كامل رأس المال.

لدي خبرة مهنية تمتد إلى 6 سنوات في العمل مع شركات مختلفة وفي مناصب إدارية عليا، وأعمل حاليًا بصفتي المدير العام في شركة شحيني للاتفاقيات.
سيتم استخدام رأس المال في تشغيل وتطوير مشروع الستائر، وسيتم توضيح جميع الشروط والمسؤوليات في اتفاقية قانونية مكتوبة بين الطرفين.
أحرص على الشفافية وتحمل المسؤولية عن إدارة المشروع. وفي حال ثبوت أي احتيال أو إساءة استخدام للأموال من جانبي، فسأتحمل المسؤولية وفقًا لما يتم الاتفاق عليه في العقد، كما سيتم توضيح المسؤولية عن الخسائر التجارية في الاتفاقية.
