👍Job Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in post-tensioning engineering.
Must have proven experience in high-rise building projects and 4-star/5-star hotel projects.
At least 80% of total professional experience must be in high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of post-tensioning systems, structural drawings, and construction procedures.
Experience in large-scale construction projects is highly preferred.
Candidates must submit an updated CV highlighting their relevant project experience.
👍Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and coordinate post-tensioning activities on high-rise
construction projects.
Review structural drawings, post-tensioning shop drawings, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
Supervise tendon installation, stressing operations, and grouting activities.
Ensure post-tensioning works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.
Identify technical issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
Prepare and review method statements, inspection requests, and technical documentation.
Ensure proper use of post-tensioning equipment and adherence to safety procedures.
