I'm looking to buy an operating carpentry workshop that includes the premises, machinery, and workforce (staff), ready to continue trading.
Must haves:
1. Machinery: In working condition, including at least (panel saw, planer/thicknesser, band saw, CNC router, edge bander, dust extraction). Please list all equipment with its make, model, and approximate age.
2. Staff: Minimum of 4 to 6 trained carpenters/workers who are willing to stay on after the sale.
3. Workshop size: Please explain the covered workspace, storage/yard space, with suitable power supply and ventilation.
4. Location: In Bahrain, where?
