📍 Job Location: Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for experienced QC Inspectors for industrial projects, particularly in steel plants and steel pipe manufacturing plants.
🔧 Required Disciplines:
Steel Structure QC Inspector
Piping QC Inspector
Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) QC Inspector
Mechanical QC Inspector (Static & Rotary Equipment)
✅ Candidate Requirements
Relevant experience in industrial projects, preferably in steel plants and steel pipe manufacturing facilities.
Must have hands-on QC inspection experience in at least two of the above disciplines.
Candidates capable of handling multiple QC inspection disciplines are strongly encouraged to apply.
Good knowledge of inspection procedures, ITPs, quality documentation, project specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
🔩 Mechanical QC Inspector – Key Responsibilities
Perform inspections of static and rotary equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, pumps, compressors, and other mechanical equipment.
Prepare, review, and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
Prepare and review mechanical inspection procedures, method statements, and quality control documents.
Prepare and review Site Acceptance Test (SAT) documentation, inspection records, and test reports.
Verify equipment installation, alignment, leveling, grouting, and preservation requirements, as applicable.
Coordinate with construction teams, clients, and third-party inspectors for inspections and testing.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
Maintain inspection records and support the closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
