Key Responsibilities:
✔️Requirements Analysis: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze their requirements, objectives, and pain points. Translate these into Oracle-specific solutions.
✔️Solution Design: Develop comprehensive functional design documents, including MD050s, process flows, configuration specifications(BR100) and data mapping, to guide the implementation process.
✔️System Configuration: Configure Oracle applications to align with business processes, ensuring that modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, HR, or CRM operate efficiently and effectively.
✔️Customization: When necessary, oversee customizations and extensions to Oracle applications, ensuring they comply with best practices and align with the overall architecture.
✔️Testing: Lead and participate in various testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the system functions as intended.
✔️User Training: Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to utilize Oracle applications effectively.
✔️Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay up-to-date with Oracle product releases, recommending and implementing upgrades and enhancements to improve system performance and functionality.
✔️Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and changes to the Oracle environment.
✔️Best Practices: Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends related to Oracle applications, advising clients on optimizing their systems.
✔️Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships, understanding their evolving needs and providing ongoing guidance for maximizing the value of Oracle solutions.
