* Monitor and operate BMS software through the central control workstation.
* Monitor HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, and ventilation systems.
* Check temperature, humidity, pressure, and other system parameters.
* Monitor alarms, identify abnormalities, and report faults to the concerned team.
* Operate equipment according to approved procedures and schedules.
* Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical maintenance technicians.
* Monitor equipment status, trends, and system performance.
* Prepare daily operation reports and maintain alarm and maintenance logs.
* Support preventive maintenance activities and troubleshoot basic BMS issues.
* Follow safety procedures and ensure efficient building operation.
