1. Lead and supervise on-site mechanical maintenance activities for pumps, compressors, and industrial equipment.
2. Diagnose technical failures, plan preventive/corrective maintenance, and ensure minimal operational downtime.
3. Coordinate site workforce, enforce safety standards, and ensure work quality complies with engineering specifications.
