* Prepare ingredients and maintain consistent food quality.
* Keep the kitchen and cooking equipment clean.
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sandwich and fatira preparation is preferred.
* Must know how to prepare dough and make fatira from scratch.
* Must be hardworking, punctual, and reliable.
* Must have valid work authorization as required by Saudi regulations.
