🏗️ Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Luxury Hotel Towers
📍 Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia
China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) is seeking an experienced Post-Tension Engineer for a major high-rise luxury hotel construction project in Medina.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate post-tension (PT) slab works for high-rise towers.
Review PT shop drawings, tendon layouts, stressing sequences, and installation details.
Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
Monitor tendon installation, stressing operations, elongation records, and grouting activities.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable safety and quality standards.
Resolve site technical issues and maintain PT inspection and quality documentation.
🎯 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Direct high-rise tower construction experience is mandatory.
Strong practical experience in post-tensioned slab systems.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and PT shop drawings.
Knowledge of stressing, elongation calculations, grouting, and PT quality control.
Civil Engineering degree or relevant engineering qualification preferred.
Experience on luxury hotel towers or mega-projects is an advantage.
