🏗️ Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Luxury Hotel Towers
China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to manage site logistics, material movement, deliveries, access, storage, and operational coordination for a major high-rise hotel development.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans for high-rise tower construction.
Manage material deliveries, site access, unloading, storage, and internal distribution.
Coordinate transportation, equipment movement, lifting interfaces, and delivery schedules.
Lead logistics coordinators and site logistics personnel.
Coordinate with construction, procurement, warehouse, HSE, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor logistics performance, resolve site congestion, and ensure safe, efficient operations.
🎯 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Direct experience in high-rise tower construction AND 5-star hotel projects is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
Proven experience managing logistics for major construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction material flow, delivery planning, site access, storage, and resource coordination.
Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Saudi Arabia construction experience is preferred.
