🏗️ Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Luxury Hotel Towers
China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) is looking for a highly experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major high-rise luxury hospitality development.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead overall project execution, ensuring compliance with approved schedules, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Direct construction, engineering, planning, commercial, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
Manage coordination with the client, consultant, subcontractors, and senior management.
Monitor project progress, resources, risks, costs, and critical milestones.
Resolve major technical and contractual issues and ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
🎯 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in high-rise tower construction AND 5-star hotel projects is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.
Extensive experience leading large-scale construction projects at senior management level.
Strong knowledge of project controls, construction management, contracts, commercial performance, and risk management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
Experience delivering mega-projects and luxury hospitality developments is essential.
