We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in a steakhouse restaurant.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef.
* Extensive experience in steak preparation, grilling techniques, and premium cuts of beef.
* Strong knowledge of steak temperatures, meat aging, and cooking methods.
* Proven ability to manage kitchen operations, food quality, and presentation.
* Experience in menu development, food cost control, and kitchen team management.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Previous experience in a steakhouse or high-end restaurant is highly preferred.
