• Monitored civil construction activities including excavation, formwork, rebar, concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing work.
• Ensured all site activities were carried out in accordance with approved IFC drawings, project specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
• Conducted site inspections and prepared/followed up WIRs for ongoing construction activities.
• Verified delivered materials through MIRs and checked compliance with approved submittals and specifications.
• Raised and followed up INCRs and punch items whenever non-conformities were identified.
• Coordinated field and laboratory testing activities, and reviewed test reports, calibration certificates, and material certificates.
• Maintained daily inspection reports, quality records, and closeout documentation for project handover.
