Duties&Responsibilities,
1.Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
2.Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
3.Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
4.Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
5.Process supplier invoices and arrange payments.
6.Monitor customer invoices and outstanding balances.
7.Follow up on overdue payments.
8.Reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
9.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
10.Assist in preparing the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
11.Reconcile bank statements with accounting records.
12.Monitor bank transactions, deposits, and payments.
