KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Odoo & ERP:
• Manage, customise and develop Odoo modules as per the demands of each department
• Lead ERP implementation, including requirement gathering, configuration, data migration, testing and go-live support
• Train employees of different departments on how Odoo functions and how to use it in their daily work
• Work closely with HR, Attendance, Payroll, Accounts, Procurement, Sales and Marketing and other departments to customise workflows and improve processes in Odoo Software
• Provide ongoing Odoo support, maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting
Network & Infrastructure:
• Manage and maintain the company’s full network system (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.)
• Manage servers, cloud services, email systems, user accounts and access control
• Ensure data backup, disaster recovery and cybersecurity of all systems
• Monitor system performance and resolve hardware, software and network issues quickly
• Manage IT assets, licenses and vendor/ISP relations
IT Department Management:
• Lead and supervise the IT team
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of IT and digital projects
• Set IT policies, standards and procedures, and prepare IT reports for management
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in GCC/KSA (compulsory)
• Expert-level knowledge of Odoo, with proven Odoo development and customisation skills (Python, PostgreSQL, XML)
• Strong expertise in Odoo HR, Attendance, Payroll, Accounts, Procurement, Sales and Marketing modules
• Proven experience in ERP implementation projects
• Ability to train users of different departments on Odoo
• Strong experience in managing complete network and server infrastructure
• Experience in leading or managing an IT department/team
• Relevant certifications preferred (CCNA / CompTIA Network+ / MCSA or equivalent / Odoo certification)
• Good English communication; Arabic is an advantage
• Age: maximum 35 years
• Valid Iqama with transferable status (compulsory)
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority
• Experience in the contracting/construction industry is a plus
