Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and repair split AC units, package units, AHUs, and FCUs.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
Carry out routine inspections and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
Diploma or technical certification in HVAC or Refrigeration preferred.
Experience in residential compounds or Facilities Management is an advantage.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic English communication skills.
