Motor Shift is a specialized center for the maintenance and spare parts of European and luxury vehicles. We are growing our technical team and looking for skilled professionals with proven experience in European cars (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Land Rover / Range Rover, Volvo, MINI and similar brands).
OPEN POSITIONS
1) Automotive Mechanical Technician
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, suspension, steering and braking systems
• Carry out scheduled maintenance according to manufacturer standards
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience on European vehicles
2) Automotive Electrical Technician
• Diagnose and repair vehicle electrical and electronic systems, wiring, sensors and control modules
• Read wiring diagrams and trace electrical faults accurately
• Minimum 3 years of experience in European vehicle electrical systems
3) Automotive A/C Technician
• Diagnose, service and repair vehicle air-conditioning and climate control systems
• Handle refrigerant recovery, recharging and leak detection (R134a / R1234yf)
• Minimum 3 years of experience on European vehicles
4) Vehicle Diagnostics & Software Specialist
• Perform advanced fault diagnosis on complex electronic and network systems (CAN, LIN, MOST, FlexRay)
• Carry out ECU coding, programming, software updates and module retrofits
• Proficient in dealer-level diagnostic tools such as XENTRY/DAS, ISTA, ODIS, PIWIS, JLR Pathfinder/SDD, Autologic or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in European vehicle diagnostics
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (ALL POSITIONS)
• Specialized experience in European vehicles is mandatory
• Technical diploma or relevant vocational training in automotive technology
• Dealership or specialized European workshop experience is a strong advantage
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and follow technical documentation
• Good communication in Arabic and/or English
• Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama are preferred
