### Job Summary
We are urgently looking for an experienced **Saudi Aramco-Approved Work Permit Receiver (WPR)** for our Jafurah Gas Plant Project. The candidate must have valid Saudi Aramco WPR certification and experience handling Permit to Work (PTW) activities in oil and gas construction projects.
### Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and manage work permits in accordance with Saudi Aramco PTW procedures.
- Coordinate with Saudi Aramco Permit Issuers, HSE Officers, and site supervisors.
- Ensure all required permits are obtained before starting site activities.
- Conduct and verify Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements for hot work, cold work, confined space entry, excavation, and other high-risk activities.
- Verify gas testing, equipment isolation, and safety precautions before commencing work.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved work permits.
- Conduct toolbox talks and communicate permit conditions to workers.
- Stop work immediately in case of unsafe conditions or permit violations.
- Ensure proper permit closure after completion of activities.
### Qualifications & Requirements
- **Valid Saudi Aramco WPR Approval/Certification – Mandatory.**
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a WPR in Saudi Aramco oil and gas projects.
- Previous experience in gas plants, refineries, or petrochemical projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
- Familiarity with hot work, cold work, confined space entry, excavation, and equipment isolation requirements.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Must be available in Saudi Arabia.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Previous Jafurah project experience will be an advantage.
