👉 MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
▪ Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation works in accordance with approved
drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
▪ Supervised installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, chilled-water, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting
systems.
▪ Review construction drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents before starting site
activities.
▪ Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule and quality standards.
▪ Prepared and coordinated WIR/MIR submissions and approvals with the consultant.
▪ Coordinate with civil, architectural, and engineering teams to resolve site issues and avoid clashes between services.
▪ Inspect MEP installations and ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and inspection and
test plans (ITPs).
▪ Supported TAB activities and prepared as-built drawings and QA/QC handover dossiers.
▪ Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, material requests, and site documentation.
▪ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
