- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of total professional experience in construction cost control, project controls, or commercial management, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior cost-control position.
- Extensive and demonstrable experience in housing, villa construction, residential compounds, or large-scale residential development projects.
- Strong experience in the Saudi Arabian construction market and/or other GCC countries, with preference given to candidates possessing substantial regional experience.
- Proven expertise in project budgeting, cost planning, cost forecasting, cash flow management, cost variance analysis, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) reporting.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ management, quantity surveying, subcontractor cost control, procurement commitments, variations, claims, and final account settlement.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor project expenditures, identify potential cost overruns, implement corrective measures, and support project profitability.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, Primavera P6 or equivalent project management software, and ERP-based cost-control systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent commercial awareness, analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and coordination skills across Commercial, Contracts, Procurement, Planning, Finance, and Construction teams.
- Professional certification such as MRICS, CCP, or PMP will be an added advantage.

Salary Range: SAR 18,000 - 20,000
