My experience includes working in healthcare, Oil & Gas, EPC, accounting, procurement, supply chain, logistics, and facility management. In healthcare, shortly after joining the organization, I was involved in successfully preparing for and passing a CBAHI/MOH-KSA reaccreditation survey, which was conducted approximately six months after my joining. This experience strengthened my understanding of compliance, documentation, coordination, and maintaining organizational standards.
With extensive professional experience in Saudi Arabia, I have developed strong practical knowledge of KSA Labour Law, employee relations, HR administration, operations, compliance, and general business support functions. Throughout my career, I have handled and resolved numerous employee-related matters and disputes, gaining practical exposure to the challenges involved in managing people and operations within the Saudi work environment.
One of my key strengths is my ability to work across different functions and industries. While I may not have spent my entire career in one specific industry, this has actually helped me develop a broad business perspective and the ability to quickly understand new environments, identify problems, coordinate with different stakeholders, and find practical solutions.
I have also worked in demanding Oil & Gas and EPC environments, supporting major organizations and clients including ARAMCO, SABIC, Chevron, Sinopec, Marafiq, SLB, and other leading companies. These assignments have given me valuable exposure to structured corporate environments, client expectations, workforce coordination, documentation, administration, and operational requirements.
In addition to HR and administration, I have successfully worked as an Accountant and have practical knowledge of procurement, supply chain, logistics, and facility management. This cross-functional exposure enables me to understand the wider business impact of HR and administrative decisions rather than looking at issues from only one department's perspective.
I am also comfortable communicating in Arabic, English, and other languages. I can read and write Arabic, and my Saudi colleagues have rated my Arabic communication skills at approximately 7/10. I continue to develop my Arabic communication skills and value the ability to communicate effectively with both employees and local stakeholders.
I consider myself someone who genuinely enjoys challenges and problem-solving. I do not hesitate to take responsibility for difficult situations, investigate the root cause, coordinate with the concerned parties, and work toward a practical and compliant solution.
