Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in MEP estimation and quantity surveying.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and drainage systems.
Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, tendering, and supplier quotation analysis.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
