Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Balady Platform Specialist / Computer Operator to join our team. The candidate will be stationed inside the National Water Company (NWC) and will be responsible for obtaining, processing, and managing road excavation and drilling permits for home water/sewage connections via the official Balady Platform (https://balady.gov.sa/).
Key Responsibilities
Permit Management: Submit, track, and secure road drilling and excavation permits on the Balady platform for home connection projects.
Coordination: Liaise between our contracting company, NWC, and local municipal authorities to ensure compliance with excavation regulations and guidelines.
System Operations: Utilize user credentials provided by the company to navigate Balady tools, process applications, upload required attachments, and monitor approval statuses.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all issued, pending, and completed permits, updating project managers on work progress.
Key Qualifications & Skills
System Proficiency: Proven experience or strong practical knowledge of the Balady Platform (specifically excavation/drilling permit procedures).
Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency, data entry speed, and comfort with web applications and portal navigation.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Saudi municipal standards, NWC utility connection processes, or road work permit workflows is highly preferred.
Languages: Good communication skills in English and Arabic (required for municipal platform navigation).
