Samaya is looking for qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions:
1. BIM MEP Engineer
Experience in MEP BIM modeling, coordination, and multidisciplinary clash detection.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
Experience in 4D BIM, construction sequencing, and linking BIM models with project schedules is preferred.
2. BIM Modeler – 4D BIM
Hands-on experience in 3D BIM modeling and 4D BIM simulation.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
Experience linking 3D models with construction schedules and preparing construction sequencing simulations.
General Requirements:
Relevant experience in construction projects.
Strong technical and coordination skills.
Candidates with practical 4D BIM experience will be given preference.
