Junior AC Technician - Split & Window AC (Local Hire)
Location: Saudi Arabia, assigned client sites
Employment: Full-time
Reports to: Assigned site / operations supervisor
Salary: SAR 1,500 basic per month + overtime
Install, clean and service split AC and window AC units only, carrying out preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting and minor repairs at client properties.
Key responsibilities:
- Install and replace split and window AC units, including secure mounting and drain connections, under supervisor guidance as needed.
- Perform routine servicing and deep cleaning of filters, coils, blower fans, drain trays and drain lines using suitable methods.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and basic checks of cooling, airflow, drainage, controls and visible connections.
- Troubleshoot common faults, complete minor repairs and replace basic components within competence; escalate complex faults and major repairs.
- Record completed work and parts used; protect client property and follow electrical isolation, ladder and PPE procedures.
- Drive between assigned sites safely, care for company tools and vehicles, and coordinate service visits with the supervisor.
Experience and requirements:
- 2-3 years of hands-on AC experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Valid KSA Light Vehicle Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Practical ability to install, deep clean, service and perform basic repairs on split and window AC units; safe use of hand tools and basic test equipment.
- Able to follow safety instructions, communicate with clients and the team, and complete clear service records.
- Valid Iqama; candidates with transferable sponsorship preferred
- Basic English or Arabic communication skills

Overtime is paid as per the applicable hourly wage plus 50% of the
basic hourly wage. Overtime work is recorded and coordinated with the supervisor.
The employment contract will confirm the assignment and detailed terms.
