Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or Electromechanical Engineering.
Minimum 12 years of industrial machine maintenance experience.
At least 7 years maintaining CNC machines, balancing machines, and integrated mechatronic systems.
Strong knowledge of PLCs, servo drives, motors, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Experience in preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Ability to manage equipment upgrades, commissioning, and maintenance planning.
Preferred: CMRP/CMRT, Siemens/Rockwell automation, robotics, or CNC OEM certifications.
