📍 Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia
🏗️ Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Luxury Hotel Towers
China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) is seeking an experienced Senior Post-Tension Engineer for a major high-rise luxury hotel development in Medina.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and supervise post-tension (PT) slab engineering and site execution for high-rise towers.
Review PT shop drawings, tendon layouts, stressing sequences, and installation details.
Coordinate tendon installation, stressing operations, elongation verification, and grouting activities.
Review stressing calculations and records and resolve technical discrepancies.
Coordinate with structural consultants, site engineers, PT subcontractors, and QA/QC teams.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, inspection requirements, and applicable standards.
Monitor quality, progress, safety, and technical documentation for all PT activities.
🎯 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Direct high-rise tower construction experience is mandatory.
Strong hands-on experience in post-tensioned slab systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is mandatory.
Proven knowledge of PT shop drawings, tendon profiles, stressing calculations, elongation records, and grouting procedures.
Experience coordinating PT works on complex reinforced concrete structures.
Knowledge of applicable structural codes and PT inspection procedures.
