Required Scope of Work:
Civil Works: Concrete works, foundations, excavation, backfilling, and related activities.
Boundary Walls: Construction of boundary walls and associated civil works.
Finishing Works: All types of building finishing works.
Electrical OHTL Works: Overhead transmission line installation and associated electrical works.
MEP Works: Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, including testing and commissioning.
Mandatory Requirements:
All deployed manpower must have valid Ajeer authorization, as applicable to the relevant employment and contracting arrangement.
Experienced and qualified technical manpower.
Relevant tools, equipment, and resources to execute the assigned scope.
Ability to mobilize manpower promptly and meet project quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
Project Locations: Jeddah, Riyadh, and other areas across Saudi Arabia.
