ITL Contracting is urgently seeking experienced Coating Crew Members / Coating Applicators for industrial and construction projects in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have hands-on experience in surface preparation, industrial painting, protective coating application, and compliance with project quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform surface preparation through grinding, cleaning, and abrasive blasting as required.
Apply protective coatings, primers, epoxy, polyurethane, and other industrial coating systems.
Operate spray painting equipment, rollers, brushes, and coating application tools.
Follow approved coating specifications, technical data sheets, and application procedures.
Ensure proper surface cleanliness, coating thickness, and finishing quality.
Assist with coating inspection, touch-ups, and repair activities.
Maintain painting and coating equipment in safe working condition.
Follow HSE regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Coordinate with supervisors and QC inspectors to complete assigned activities.
Maintain housekeeping and comply with site safety procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial painting or protective coating works.
Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial, or construction projects preferred.
Knowledge of surface preparation, abrasive blasting, and coating application methods.
Familiarity with epoxy, polyurethane, and other protective coating materials.
Ability to understand coating specifications and safety instructions.
Previous Saudi Aramco project experience or relevant approval is an advantage.
Physically fit and capable of working at industrial project sites.
Available for deployment according to project requirements.
