Candidate Requirements
Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
Valid Saudi Driving License with excellent driving skills.
Excellent English communication skills (Speaking, Reading & Writing).
Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
Smart, confident, and professional personality.
Good computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
Strong client-handling and communication skills.
Ability to manage manpower coordination and business development activities.
Job Responsibilities
Handle company driving and transportation requirements.
Visit clients, project sites, and business locations.
Coordinate manpower requirements and worker follow-ups.
Assist with client communication and business development.
Support office operations, documentation, and daily company tasks.
Salary & Employment Conditions
Basic Salary: SAR 2,200+300 per month.
Initial Evaluation Period: The first 3 months will be dedicated to performance evaluation.
Company Transfer: Iqama transfer will be processed after successful completion of the 3-month evaluation period, subject to satisfactory performance and applicable Saudi labor requirements.
Performance-based commission may be offered for successful business development.
