1. Irrigation Plumbing
1. Install, maintain, and repair irrigation piping systems, including water supply lines, valves, fittings, and related components.
2. Perform pipe installation and connections for irrigation networks, including underground and above-ground piping.
3. Read and interpret irrigation layout drawings and piping diagrams.
4. Identify and rectify leaks, blockages, and pressure-related issues in irrigation systems.
5. Assist in the installation and maintenance of sprinkler systems, drip irrigation, and other irrigation equipment.
2. Acoustic Lagging
1. Install acoustic lagging and sound insulation on drainage pipes, soil pipes, and other designated piping systems.
2. Apply acoustic insulation materials and protective coverings according to project specifications.
3. Ensure proper fitting, joint sealing, and insulation coverage to minimize noise transmission from piping systems.
4. Measure, cut, and secure insulation materials neatly and accurately.
5. Follow approved installation methods and quality standards for acoustic pipe insulation.
3. Pipe Fitting
1. Measure, cut, thread, bend, assemble, and install pipes of various sizes and materials.
2. Install and connect pipes, valves, flanges, elbows, reducers, and other pipe fittings.
3. Work with different piping materials, including PVC, PPR, HDPE, GI, and other materials as required by the project.
4. Read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, and installation layouts.
5. Perform pipe alignment, jointing, and leak testing to ensure proper installation.
6. Identify and repair pipe leaks, damaged fittings, and other piping defects.
4. General Plumbing and Maintenance
1. Install and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitary plumbing systems.
2. Troubleshoot plumbing problems and carry out necessary repairs.
3. Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
4. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
5. Follow site safety procedures, quality requirements, and project specifications.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Plumber, preferably in construction, MEP, or infrastructure projects.
2. Strong hands-on experience in Irrigation Plumbing, Acoustic Lagging, and Pipe Fitting is mandatory.
3. Knowledge of different piping materials, jointing methods, fittings, and installation techniques.
4. Ability to read and understand plumbing and piping drawings.
5. Familiarity with plumbing installation, maintenance, and testing procedures.
6. Ability to use plumbing tools, measuring instruments, and pipe installation equipment.
7. Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.

Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate must be a multi-skilled Plumber with practical site experience in irrigation piping systems, acoustic lagging installation, and pipe fitting. Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, infrastructure, and MEP construction projects will be preferred. Philippines national will be prioritized.
