🔹 1 Month: 650 SAR + 300 SAR refundable security deposit
🔹 3 Months: 600 × 3 = 1,800 SAR (paid in advance)
🔹 6 Months: 550 × 6 = 3,300 SAR (paid in advance)
🌐 Water, electricity & internet included.
📌 BOOKING & PAYMENT
First come, first served. Payment is required to confirm your bed space.
Rent starts on the day of booking and payment.
Please visit the room before paying. For privacy reasons, room photos and videos are not available.
⚠️ NO-REFUND POLICY
If you change your mind, leave early, or stay fewer days than paid, unused rent will not be refunded. Please be sure before paying.
📅 RENEWAL NOTICE
1-month stay: Give at least 7 days’ notice before leaving or renewing.
3- or 6-month stay: Give at least 15 days’ notice before leaving or renewing.
Please pay in advance if you wish to renew.
Extra days without the required notice: 40 SAR per day.
