Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the execution, fit-up, assembly, and dimensional accuracy of skids, baseframes, steel structures, platforms, and supports in compliance with AWS D1.1 and project specs.
Manage daily manpower allocation, material utilization, equipment readiness, and workfront execution across structure foremen and crews.
Drive shop-floor productivity, minimize rework, and maintain strict HSE and quality control standards.
Coordinate cross-functionally with QA/QC, Welding, Warehouse, and Production to resolve constraints and hit targets.
