Junior Discipline Technical Professionals:-
Qualification: BSc/Diploma in relevant discipline. Experience: 5+ years. Requirements: Preferred Saudi nationals; proficient and advanced knowledge related to the subject field; excellent skills in using software; strong report-writing skills.
Non-Technical Professionals:-
Qualification: BSc/Diploma in relevant field. Experience: 5+ years. Requirements: Proficiency in DGDA-specified software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office 365, Aconex, Power BI, etc.); advanced knowledge related to the subject field.
Project Scope & Application Process :-
Scope of Services: Municipal field inspection for construction and operational activities, including routine, proactive, reactive, stage-based, final, follow-up, and specialized inspections. Technical review and validation of Supervision Consultant (SC) reports, engineering packages, and ITP submissions. Violation and NCR management, including Notices of Violation (NOVs), Violations (Vs), Close-Out Reports (CORs), Permit Suspension Requests (PSRs), Stop Work Orders (SWOs), corrective action verification, and escalation. Pre-occupancy and completion certificate reviews, inspection coordination, and verification of prerequisites. Quality management, operational documentation, KPI tracking, performance dashboards, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, and continual improvement.
