1. Installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of VRF air conditioning systems.
2. Troubleshooting and repairing VRF indoor and outdoor units.
3. Checking refrigerant gas pressure, leakage, and charging as per manufacturer specifications.
4. Diagnosing electrical and electronic faults in VRF systems.
5. Performing PCB, compressor, fan motor, sensor, and control board inspections and repairs.
6. Installing and connecting refrigerant copper piping, drainage pipes, and insulation.
7. Performing vacuuming, pressure testing, and refrigerant piping flushing.
8. Checking communication wiring and control systems between indoor and outdoor units.
9. Conducting preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
10. Identifying error codes and resolving system faults.
11. Ensuring proper cooling performance and system efficiency.
12. Preparing maintenance reports and reporting technical issues to the supervisor.
13. Following safety procedures and maintaining tools and equipment.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with VRF/VRV systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC electrical and refrigeration systems.
- Experience with brands such as Daikin, LG, Samsung, Mitsubishi, and Midea.
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
