Responsibilities
Preventive and corrective maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment: ovens, combi ovens, fryers, griddles, ranges, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, cold rooms, ice machines and food prep equipment
Maintenance of commercial laundry equipment: washer-extractors, tumble dryers, flatwork ironers, presses and finishing equipment
Troubleshooting electrical, gas, steam, water and control faults
Recording service reports and reporting spare-part requirements
Working on site at client premises in Tabuk
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial kitchen and/or laundry equipment maintenance (GCC experience preferred)
Good knowledge of electrical circuits, controls and basic refrigeration
Familiar with brands such as Rational, Electrolux, Hobart, Primus, Girbau, Miele or similar
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Refrigeration
Transferable Iqama (or ready to join from overseas)
Willing to work and stay in Tabuk
Basic English or Arabic communication
