RossListens is the customer satisfaction survey from Ross Dress for Less. It gives shoppers an opportunity to share honest feedback about their recent store experience, including customer service, merchandise, store cleanliness, checkout, and overall satisfaction.

After completing the survey, eligible participants can receive an opportunity to enter the Ross customer satisfaction sweepstakes. The current official rules list one $1,000 Ross Stores gift card as the grand prize and five $100 Ross Stores gift cards as second prizes.
