🎯 Job Objective
Lead the MEP division, manage resources and projects, develop technical solutions, build a high-performing team, and oversee all systems through testing and commissioning.
✅ Requirements
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with strong knowledge of electrical systems
✔️ 15 years of experience (5+ years in Saudi Arabia)
✔️ Levantine, Egyptian, or Saudi candidates preferred
✔️ Proven leadership managing MEP teams and multiple projects at once
✔️ Strong mechanical background and sound understanding of electrical works
✔️ Ability to work with specialized systems such as fountains, irrigation, and pumps
✔️ Experience reviewing drawings and materials, and leading testing and commissioning
✔️ Transferable Iqama and ability to join within 2 months
💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage the MEP team, allocate resources across projects, and support talent recruitment
🔹 Review drawings, specifications, and electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
🔹 Manage pumps, pump rooms, panels, lighting, and control systems
🔹 Oversee irrigation, fountain, water, and drainage networks
🔹 Review shop drawings, materials, and approvals, and identify clashes
🔹 Coordinate with civil, architectural, landscaping, irrigation, and subcontractor teams
🔹 Oversee testing and commissioning and close out outstanding comments
🔹 Support pricing and planning, and propose initiatives to reduce costs and improve system efficiency
