📌 Civil Project Manager (Senior Level)
🏗️ Department: Execution Department
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
✅ 10–15 years of experience (5+ years in Saudi Arabia)
✅ Saudi or Levantine candidates preferred
✅ Hands-on project execution experience, not supervision alone
✅ Proven experience managing time, cost, quality, and contractors
✅ Practical knowledge of payment certificates, VOs, claims, and EOTs
✅ Strong leadership and communication with clients, consultants, and teams
✅ Transferable Iqama and ability to join within the specified timeframe
💼 Key Responsibilities:
✅Prepare and monitor the project execution plan, schedule, and budget
✅Lead the project team, assign tasks, and resolve issues between teams
✅Monitor subcontractors, productivity, quality, safety, and contract closeout
✅Follow up on approvals for materials, drawings, samples, inspection requests, and handovers
✅Manage variation orders (VOs), extensions of time (EOTs), claims, payment certificates, and collections
✅Track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and rework, and close snag and punch lists
✅Lead meetings and communicate professionally with the client and consultant
Prepare periodic reports, close the project, and hand over final documentation
