Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online marketplace stores, driving sales through social media, and managing digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketplace Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, product listings, pricing updates, inventory alignment, and promotional offers on platforms like Amazon KSA, Noon, Salla, and Zid.
* Sales Growth & Optimization: Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to rank products higher and increase sales conversion rates.
* Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Paid Ads & Marketing: Run and manage targeted ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Amazon/Noon Sponsored Ads) to bring qualified traffic and increase ROI.
* Order & Customer Support: Monitor orders, customer inquiries, reviews, and coordinate shipping and stock availability.
* Performance Reporting: Track daily/weekly sales performance, traffic analytics, and ad spend to improve marketing strategy.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing stores on Salla/Zid and marketplace seller accounts on Amazon KSA & Noon.
* Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media algorithms, SEO, and marketplace ad tools.
* Basic Design/Content Skills: Ability to design simple social media banners/graphics (Canva, Photoshop) and write catchy post captions.
* Languages: Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
* Status: Must have a valid transferable Iqama and be currently located in Saudi Arabia.
