Location: Jeddah, KSA
Salary: SAR 3,000 + Incentives
Role Purpose
Drive sales and gross profit growth through effective buying, pricing, promotions, supplier management, and stock control.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute category plans to achieve sales and GP targets.
• Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Negotiate supplier costs, trade deals, rebates, and promotional support.
• Ensure timely replenishment and product availability across outlets.
• Improve stock turnover and reduce excess, slow-moving, and near-expiry stock.
• Monitor category performance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, stores, warehouse, marketing, and finance teams.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of buying or category experience, including organized supermarket/hypermarket retail chain experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, retail ERP systems, and retail KPIs.
• Results-driven, profit-focused, and accountable.
