Preferred Nationalities: Filipino and African
Salary Range: SR 1,800 to SR 3,500 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Day Off: 1 day per week
Position Responsibilities
Barista
Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to high standards.
Welcome customers, take orders, explain menu items, and handle cash or digital payments.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and seating space, and manage inventory of ingredients.
Waiter
Greet customers warmly, present menus, and provide detailed recommendations on food and beverage items.
Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve orders efficiently, clear tables, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Chef Helper
Assist the main chef with food preparation, chopping ingredients, marinating, and portioning.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
Support kitchen operations during peak hours to ensure smooth and timely service.
Kitchen Helper
Wash pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment, keeping the washing area clean and organized.
Assist with basic food prep tasks like peeling, washing, and cleaning vegetables.
Help dispose of waste, sweep, mop, and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
