Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of total construction industry experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior commercial/QS position.
- Must have solid experience in housing and villa construction projects in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries.
- Experience with FIDIC-based contracts is highly preferred.
- Professional certification such as MRICS is an advantage.
- Must be available in Riyadh ONLY for Face to Face Interview
- Must be available to join IMMEDIATELY
SALARY RANGE: SAR 18,000 - 20,000 (including Food, Accommodation, and Transportation)
