Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
Experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.
Knowledge of contract administration, variations, and claims.
Experience in preparing interim payment applications and final accounts.
Ability to review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
Experience with government or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Perform quantity take-offs from engineering drawings.
Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payment applications.
Manage variations, claims, and contract documentation.
Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and the technical office.
