Review and respond to RFPs, tenders and technical
specifications
Develop technical proposals and high-level solution
designs
Identify technical gaps and manage clarifications with
customers and suppliers
Work with power, HVAC, low-voltage and civil teams to
validate the BOQ
Provide dedicated on-site Site Architect support in KSA
Maintain clear technical documentation and project
records
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building
Services or Civil Engineering
5+ years in data center design, site architecture or solution
delivery
Valid ATD and/or CDCP™ certification (state the body and
validity)
Proven experience in RFP review, proposals and BOQ
coordination
Professional spoken Chinese (reading and writing is a plus)
Strong English and the ability to work independently onsite
A PLUS
Mission-critical facility experience, strong analytical and
stakeholder skills, comfort with bid deadlines, and eligibility
to work in Saudi Arabia.
