Project: Interior Design BIM Modeling
BIM Level: LOD 400
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Interior Design BIM Modeler to develop detailed, high-quality BIM models for interior design projects at LOD 400.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed interior design BIM models in Autodesk Revit.
Model interior architectural elements, custom joinery, millwork, furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
Produce fabrication-level details and accurate model geometry according to project requirements.
Incorporate material specifications, dimensions, and relevant parameters.
Coordinate the interior model with architectural, structural, and MEP models.
Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, and model quality.
Deliver the final model and required documentation within the agreed schedule.
Requirements
Proven experience in interior design BIM modeling at LOD 400.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
Experience with custom joinery, bespoke furniture, and interior fit-out detailing.
Understanding of BIM standards, model coordination, and fabrication requirements.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
A portfolio or sample projects demonstrating LOD 400 interior modeling experience.
