I am writing to express my interest in the Senior Architect / Architectural Fit-Out Engineer / BIM
Coordinator / Project Architect position. With over 15 years of experience delivering architectural
construction, BIM coordination & interior fit-out projects across Saudi Arabia, I have successfully managed residential, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, and public-sector developments from design coordination through construction, commissioning, and project handover.
My expertise combines Architectural Construction Management, BIM Coordination, and Interior FitOut Delivery, enabling seamless integration between design intent and site execution. I have led architectural and BIM coordination for Hospitality, Health Care, Commercial & Residential Projects, developing and reviewing BIM models, shop drawings, material submittals, IFC documentation, and construction details while ensuring compliance with project specifications, Saudi Building Code (SBC), client standards, and ISO 19650 BIM requirements.
I possess extensive experience in coordinating and delivering interior fit-out packages, including
bespoke joinery, timber and acrylic cladding, wall paneling, furniture systems, reception counters, kitchens, false ceilings, drywall partitions, flooring, natural stone, ceramic tiles, decorative finishes, timber and metal doors, façade interfaces, and architectural detailing. Using BIM workflows, I coordinated architectural, structural, and MEP models, resolved design clashes, improved constructability, managed RFIs and design changes, and ensured accurate, coordinated information for fabrication and construction.
My responsibilities included supervising interior finishing works, conducting site inspections,
monitoring installation quality, reviewing mock-ups, managing snagging and defect rectification, and
ensuring all fit-out works complied with approved shop drawings, material specifications, QA/QC
requirements, and project schedules. I also collaborated closely with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, planning, and site teams to maintain quality, cost efficiency, and timely project delivery.
Additionally, I have managed technical office operations, led architectural and BIM teams, coordinated drawing production and IFC issuance, prepared technical reports and executive presentations, supported value engineering initiatives, and contributed to tendering activities through quantity take-offs, material estimation, and architectural costing for interior fit-out projects. My ability to integrate BIM processes with construction execution has consistently enhanced project coordination, minimized rework, and improved overall delivery performance.
I am a PMP®, BSI ISO 19650 Project & Asset Information Management Professional, Mostadam AP,
and Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Registered Architect, with advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
