We are urgently looking for a qualified and motivated individual who can handle CAD drafting, tendering, contracts, and basic landscaping-related tasks for our landscaping company.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings, landscape layouts, planting plans, hardscape layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other project-related drawings.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and tender requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and compare prices.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, contracts, and agreements.
• Perform quantity take-offs for landscaping materials, plants, trees, paving, irrigation, and other related works.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, quotations, tenders, and contracts.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure accurate documentation and timely tender submissions.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Preferably Filipino 🇵🇭
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, estimation, tendering, and contract documentation.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping, including planting plans, softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and landscape materials.
• Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Must have a valid and transferable Iqama.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
