Responsibilities:
Review construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil works.
Estimate costs for excavation, backfilling, concrete, reinforcement, formwork, foundations, and structural works.
Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, and detailed cost breakdowns.
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Monitor construction material prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare competitive tender estimates and commercial proposals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
5+ years of experience in civil estimation and construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off tools.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, material costs, and BOQ preparation.
